Yun Shi

Yun Shi currently serves as the Data Intelligence Lead at Atlas Copco since March 2023, having also held a position as a Data-driven Software Engineer at Leybold since July 2019, where responsibilities include leading projects related to embedded software design for smart vacuum pumps. Prior experience at Atlas Copco from April 2011 to June 2019 involved developing embedded software for compressor and vacuum control systems, with a focus on signal processing, control algorithms, and machine protection systems. Yun Shi's earlier academic background includes a postdoctoral position and a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from Ghent University, with research concentrated on multi-criteria decision-making in energy policy and fuzzy reasoning. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Donghua University.
