Caroline Sanders has a diverse work experience in the hotel industry. Caroline started their career in 1999 with a six-month work placement at Hilton Hotel Southampton, where they gained experience in reception, reservations, and conference and events sales. Caroline then joined Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Front Desk Receptionist, where they handled various guest-related tasks and was later promoted to Shift Leader. Caroline also served as a Conference & Event Sales Executive, coordinating reservations and providing advice to clients. Caroline joined Portsmouth Park Hotel in 2014 as a Reservations Agent and Deputy General Manager, responsible for managing bedroom reservations, rate strategies, and group bookings. In 2020, they joined Atlas Hotels as a Hotel Operations Manager. Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated their expertise in customer service, operations management, and event coordination.

Caroline Sanders obtained a Diploma in Hotel Reception in the field of Hospitality Administration/Management from City of Portsmouth College. Caroline completed their studies from 1998 to 1999.
