Sarah Brocklebank began their work experience in 2007 as a Senior Search Consultant at CNA International Executive Search, where they received promotions and built a successful sales desk. Sarah then worked as an HR Assistant at Lifeways Group, managing employee relations and setting up a new division. In 2012, they became an HR Advisor at Cromwell Group (Holdings) Ltd, supporting regional management and taking on complex employee relations cases. Sarah then worked as an HR Business Partner at Travis Perkins plc, partnering with senior management teams and supporting business objectives. From 2015 to 2018, Sarah held roles at RCI | Vacation Exchange, starting as a Senior HR Business Partner and being promoted to HR Manager, where they partnered with senior stakeholders and took on a lead role in the HR team. Currently, they work as an HR Director at Atlas Hotels.
Sarah Brocklebank received their education from various institutions. Sarah attended the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2017, where they obtained a degree as a "70:20:10 Practitioner." In 2015, they enrolled in the same institute and completed a degree in "Business Coaching Level 5." Additionally, in the same year, Sarah obtained a DISC Practitioner certification from DISC Certification.
Prior to that, Sarah attended South Leicestershire College from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Human Resource Management and earned levels 3 and 5 qualifications. Sarah'sundergraduate studies were at the University of Leicester from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Sarah also holds additional certifications, including a "702010 Practitioner" certification and an ILM Level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring from ILM.
