Shonta Baughman

Shonta Baughman has extensive administrative experience, currently serving as Rigging Operations Administrator at Atlas Industrial Contractors, LLC since March 2022. Previously, Shonta held the position of Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director at Bella Care Hospice from September 2021 to March 2022 and worked as Administrative Assistant II in the Ortho-Burn-Trauma Unit at Nationwide Children's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Office Manager at Noah’s Ark East and Local Boys Automotive, and a lengthy tenure at Jay Industries, Inc. from July 1999 to July 2014 as Maintenance Administrative Assistant, Purchaser, and Quality Technician. Shonta completed education at Galion High School.
