Karen Andresen

Karen Andresen is an experienced manager who has worked in the food service industry for over 15 years. Karen began their career as a custodial manager for Millard Public Schools in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the upkeep of 9 to 13 buildings and 32 employees. In 2011, they transitioned to Sodexo, where they served as a retail manager for the Nebraska Medical Center. In this role, they were responsible for managing 34 employees and overseeing all aspects of the food service operation, from production to catering.
