Catherine Partarrieu, MBA

Catherine Partarrieu, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles, with a focus on learning and development, marketing, HR, and project management. Catherine is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Atlas Renewable Energy, where they design and manages L&D programs to develop colleagues, leaders, and future talent. Prior to this, Catherine worked at Widefense S.A. as the Regional Marketing & HR Director, responsible for marketing strategy, brand positioning, and HR processes. Catherine also served as the HR Director Chile and LATAM HR Manager at Thyssenkrupp Elevators, overseeing human capital management and coordination for the company. Catherine has experience as a Project Director at Towers Watson, managing organizational development projects across multiple countries, and as a Consultant and Project Coordinator at Thesis Consultores, delivering various consulting projects.

Catherine Partarrieu, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Politecnico di Milano from 2005 to 2006. In 2009, they attended Cambridge Judge Business School for Executive Education, specifically focusing on the Leveraging Organisational and Cultural Change Programme. Prior to their MBA, Catherine earned a Psicologa degree from Universidad de Valparaíso, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
