Marcela Silva Anguita

Marcela Silva Anguita has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and selection. Marcela currently works as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Atlas Renewable Energy since 2022. Previously, they worked at WOM Chile as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for headhunting and attracting talents for various divisions within the company. Prior to that, Marcela served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 2017 to 2019, where they managed talent acquisition processes for the company. Marcela also worked as a Selection Consultant at Cencosud S.A., where they were responsible for the recruitment and selection of managerial positions for various departments. Marcela has also worked as a Senior Selection Psychologist at SommerGroup, where they conducted psychological evaluations and delivered reports for clients in different industries. Additionally, they have experience in recruitment and selection as a Selection Manager at Scotiabank and Banco Itaú Chile. Marcela has also worked as a Senior Selection Analyst at Corporate Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they conducted competency-based interviews and assessments. Marcela Silva Anguita obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Diego Portales, where they studied from 1990 to 1996. Marcela has also obtained additional certifications including a Hogan Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in October 2021 and an Analyst certification in PDA (Personal Development Analysis) from PDA International in September 2017.
