Santita Dioh

Santita Dioh has extensive work experience in human resources and operations management. Santita started their career at Shaw Industries in 2006, where they held various roles including Operations Management Trainee, Safety and Training Manager, Sr. HR Trainee, and Human Resources Manager. Santita worked at Shaw Industries until 2018. In 2018, Santita joined Atlas Roofing Corporation as the Division Human Resources Manager. In 2020, they were promoted to Division Human Resources Director, a role they currently hold.

Santita Dioh completed their education in the following chronology:

1. In 2001, they enrolled at The University of Alabama where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Operations Management. Santita completed their studies in 2005.

2. In 2008, Santita attended Troy University for a brief period and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.

3. In terms of additional certifications, they achieved the "Essentials of Human Resource Management" certificate from SHRM in November 2007. Subsequently, in December 2012, they obtained the "Professional in Human Resources (PHR®)" certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Finally, in July 2015, they acquired the "SHRM-CP" certification from SHRM.
