Pooja Kamath

Pooja Kamath currently serves as Division Director of Human Resources at Rollins, Inc. since April 2025. Previously, Pooja held key positions at Kemper, including Director of HR Business Partner and Field HR Manager from November 2020 to May 2025. Pooja also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Service King Collision from October 2018 to November 2020, and served as Human Resources Manager at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. from June 2013 to October 2018. Earlier in the career, Pooja gained experience as a Human Resource Generalist at Progressive Management of New York in 2012. Pooja holds a degree in Information System Management from York College of the City University of New York and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas. Additional qualifications include a certificate in Human Resource Management from Post University and training in Payroll Law from Fred Pryor.
