Frank Sylvester

Frank Sylvester has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Frank is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at Atlas Technologies, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager at Cherokee Nation Businesses from June 2021 to July 2022.

From December 2018 to July 2021, Frank worked as an ISSO/Scrum Master at Cherokee Nation Technology Solutions. Frank also briefly worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Buchanan & Edwards, Inc. from August 2018 to December 2018.

Before that, Frank gained experience as a Business Analyst at the Foreign Service Institute from April 2017 to September 2018. From August 2015 to April 2017, they served as a Technical Writer/Business Analyst at CACI International Inc.

Frank began their career at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in April 2006, where they worked as a Trainer/Officer until August 2015. Additionally, they held the position of President of AFGE Local 1442 from January 2011 to January 2014.

Frank Sylvester attended Global Corporate College from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they studied National Security Policy Studies. Frank did not obtain a degree from this institution.
