Steve Bachmann

Steve Bachmann is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Steve has over 25 years of experience as a technology M&A banker/VC investor working with software-driven companies. Prior to Atlas, Steve was a Managing Director at Tech Venture Advisors focused on cross-border software M&A, an e-commerce entrepreneur as CEO/founder of Vinfolio, and a Managing Director at Broadview where he spent 17 years (7 of which in London) in M&A and co-managing Broadview Capital Partners, a $250m late-stage VC fund. He started his career at Bain & Co. Steve earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BSE, magna cum laude, in Computer Science from Princeton University.
