Paul Swartz serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Atlas Travel, leading efforts to drive growth through corporate customer acquisition. Previously, Paul held various influential roles at American Airlines from 2009 to January 2025, including Regional Director of Retailing for the Eastern region, where responsibilities entailed managing a team overseeing travel agencies, as well as fostering relationships to enhance revenue growth. Additional positions included Regional Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager, and Business Development Manager, each contributing to Paul's extensive expertise in sales, coaching, and developing business strategies. Paul holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Colby College and completed education at Noble and Greenough School.
