Michelle Renner

Michelle Renner is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Atlas since January 2021, where strategic direction and implementation of employee benefit programs are prioritized. Previously, Michelle held roles as Manager of Benefits, Wellness & Compensation at Atlas and as a Total Rewards Specialist at Kimball International, managing health benefits partner relationships and enhancing benefit communications. Michelle's extensive background also includes serving as a Benefits and Retirement Specialist and Practice Manager at Heartland Cardiology Associates, overseeing a multi-provider medical office with responsibilities ranging from human resources to budgeting. Michelle holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Indiana University Bloomington, completed between 1991 and 1994.
