Elise Kurgan has been working in various roles since 2011. Elise began their career as a Young Entreprise at Les Jeunes Entreprises ASBL in 2011. In 2014, they took on the role of Marketing Intern at Oxfam-Magasins du monde, where they gained their first real working experience. In 2016, they held two positions, a Student Job at Deliveroo and a Category management off-trade Intern at Anheuser-Busch InBev. In 2018, they were a Brand Management Intern at King. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at QED Brussels as an Event Manager and Event Coordinator. Currently, they are a Project & Customer Success Manager Europe at atlasGO.

Elise Kurgan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Binus International from 2014 to 2015. Elise then obtained a Bachelor's degree from Ichec Brussels Management School from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from \u00c9cole des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM). Elise then obtained a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Louvain School of Management from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained a Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google in January 2019 and a TOEFL score 106 certification from The TOEFL\u00ae test in April 2015.
