Anabela Rola has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anabela started their career at NetJets Europe in 1999 as an Operations Administrative Assistant, providing assistance to the CEO and management team. Anabela then moved on to various roles within the HR department, including HR Services Centre Specialist and Human Resources Administrator. At NetJets Europe, they were responsible for employee benefits administration, maintaining records, analyzing invoices, and updating communication materials. Additionally, they liaised with external providers and answered employee inquiries.

In 2012, Anabela worked as a Human Resources Technician at Decisões e Soluções Portugal, where they fulfilled HR responsibilities. Anabela then became a Personal Assistant at Remax Business and a Human Resources Technician at Universo dos Sabores. At the latter, they managed the salary process, contracts, data accuracy, legal compliance, and government obligations for 150 employees.

Anabela continued their HR career at NetJets Europe, assuming the role of HR Services & H&S Advisor. Anabela provided expert assistance on employee benefits and health and safety matters. Most recently, they worked as a Regional Benefits Specialist EMEA at Elements Global Services and Atlas, where they utilized their expertise in managing employee benefits for the EMEA region.

Throughout their career, Anabela has demonstrated strong communication skills, customer service abilities, and attention to detail. Anabela has accumulated extensive experience in HR administration, benefits management, and compliance across various industries.

Anabela Rola's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Universidade Lusiada and obtained a degree in Relações Internacionais, focusing on Relações Internacionais and ciencia politica, in 1999. Anabela then pursued a Pós-Graduação em Gestão e Desenvolvimento Estratégico de Recursos Humanos at ISLA from 2002 to 2003.

In 2007, Anabela took a Curso de Formação Profissional de Processamento Salarial e Segurança Social at CEGOC, which focused on salary processing and social security. In 2001, they attended CEGOC again, this time for a course in Comunicação e Liderança na Segurança e Saúde no trabalho, focusing on communication and leadership in health and security at work. Anabela also completed a course in Customer Relations & Communication at Crosscat in the same year.

In 2000, Anabela attended Management Centre Europe in Bruxelas for a course in Managing Human Resources, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Additionally, they completed a course in Administração e Gestão de Pessoal at CEGOC in the same year.

Anabela Rola obtained their International Certified Coach certification from ICC - International Coaching Community in December 2016.
