Chelsey Griggs

Chelsey Griggs has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Chelsey currently holds the position of Chief Strategy and Risk Officer at Atlas, a role they have been in since January 2023. Before that, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at Atlas from September 2021.

Chelsey also joined Chief, a private network for female executive leaders, in April 2022 and is currently a member of the network.

Prior to their roles at Atlas and Chief, Chelsey worked at Ceridian from 2012 to 2021, holding various senior positions. Chelsey served as the SVP, Merger and Acquisition from April 2019 to August 2021, with a focus on the APAC region. From October 2016 to April 2019, they led the Enterprise Risk Management function as the Senior Vice President. Before that, Chelsey was the Senior Vice President of Technology Delivery from April 2015 to October 2016 and the VP of Global Technology Operations from March 2012 to October 2016 at Ceridian.

At Best Buy, Chelsey worked as the Senior Director of Global Business Services Transformation from December 2011 to March 2012, where they were responsible for the transformation of shared services.

Prior to Best Buy, Chelsey had roles at Lawson Software, Kohl's Department Stores, Genesis 10, Accenture, and Renaissance Worldwide/Aquent in various management and leadership positions.

Overall, Chelsey Griggs has demonstrated their expertise in strategy, risk management, merger and acquisition, enterprise risk, technology delivery, global operations, and business transformation throughout their extensive work experience.

Chelsey Griggs attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
