Marcos Capella has extensive experience in marketing, strategy, and operations. Marcos currently holds the position of Regional Director of Performance Marketing & Operations - LATAM at Atlas, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ADP as the Digital Marketing Leader - Latin America from April 2019 to January 2023. From October 2016 to April 2019, Marcos was the Head of Marketing & Strategy at GS&MD - Gouvêa de Souza.

Before that, Marcos held various roles at Worldwide Business Research (WBR), including Head of Marketing | Latin America, Deputy Marketing Director | North America from September 2013 to October 2016, and Head of Marketing - Latin America from February 2011 to August 2013. Marcos also worked as the Marketing Manager - Latin America at Clarion Events from February 2010 to January 2011.

Earlier in their career, Marcos served as the Marketing Manager at IQPC International Quality & Productivity Center from May 2007 to January 2010. Before that, Marcos worked as a Marketing Analyst at Editora Novo Meio from July 2002 to October 2004.

Marcos began their career as a Marketing Intern at Engework in 2000 and also interned at G&A Gaspar & Associados from 1999 to 2000.

Marcos Capella obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration (CEAG) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2008 and 2012. Marcos completed a brief study in Strategic Marketing Management through an Extension program at New York University in 2006. In 1998, they began pursuing a degree in Communication Social with a focus on Marketing & Propaganda at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they completed in 2002.
