Rafael Neves Pessoa

Rafael Neves Pessoa has a diverse work experience in various roles. Rafael started their career as an Advisor at INOVEC, where they managed consulting teams, coordinated engineering squads, and organized conferences and courses for engineering students. Rafael then worked as a Project Manager at Science Solutions, leading product development teams focused on innovation and implementing management methodologies. Rafael also has experience in education, having worked as a Robotics Teacher and Coordinator at AREA Educacional, where they taught programming and managed a team of teachers. Rafael then joined Grupo Azul - Venture Builder as a Middle Front-End Developer, working on diverse projects using React, Next, Typescript, and GraphQL.
