Tatiana Medeiros, PMP, SPHRi has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR management and project leadership roles. Tatiana currently works at Atlas as the Senior HR & Benefits Excellence Manager - Global, where they analyze HR & Benefits processes, implements improvements, and provides training and coaching to the team. Previously, Tatiana held the role of HR & Benefits Excellence Manager - Global at Atlas and HR Manager - Americas, where they led strategic HR services delivery and managed the HR Service Delivery team. Before joining Atlas, they worked at SITA for several years, starting as an Intern HR and progressing through various roles including Analyst HR, Consultant HR, and Snr Consultant HR. At SITA, Tatiana was responsible for managing HR services delivery to multiple countries and leading global HR projects. Tatiana'sexpertise includes process design, project management, and operational excellence practices.

Tatiana Medeiros, PMP, SPHRi, has a diverse education history. Tatiana started their education journey in 1997 at Escola Técnica Estadual Juscelino Kubitschek, where they obtained a Technician degree in Administration. Tatiana then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UERJ, graduating in 2005. In 2006, Tatiana undertook an MBA in Human Resources Management at Universidade Federal Fluminense, followed by a Post Graduation in Integrated Communications at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Tatiana has acquired notable certifications. In 2018, they attained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
