Will Carter

Will Carter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Will most recently held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Atlas since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Litera from 2019 to 2021, where they successfully led sales, marketing, account management, and revenue operations, resulting in a revenue growth of over 150% in just two years. From 2016 to 2019, Will worked as a Private Equity Operator at K1 Operations, overseeing sales, customer success, and marketing functions within their portfolio companies. Will also held interim roles at Axcient and Nexonia as the Head of Marketing and Head of Revenue, respectively. Before that, Will was a Manager at ZS Associates from 2005 to 2016. Will started their career as a Clinical Marketing Intern at Intuitive Surgical in 2010.

Will Carter attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an MBA. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they attended William & Mary and obtained a B.A. in Marketing and Psychology.
