Atul Nanda

Atul Nanda currently serves as SVP, Head of CSS Global Operations at Atlassian, leading a global organization focused on customer support services since March 2024. Prior to this role, Atul was Vice President at Google Cloud from September 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included defining and executing the Customer Success strategy, contributing to revenue growth from approximately $8 billion to $25 billion, and managing a $500 million P&L with a global team of over 5,000. From June 2008 to September 2019, Atul held multiple senior leadership roles at Salesforce, including Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success, where contributions included pioneering Customer Success in the cloud and managing a $200 million P&L. Atul's earlier career includes roles at companies such as Business Objects, Affiliated Computer Services, Excite@Home, Ross Systems, and Paccar. Atul Nanda holds an MBA from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's Degree from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.
