Christina Amiry

Christina Amiry is the current head of M&A strategic operations at Atlassian. Christina has over seven years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on infrastructure, capacity planning, site reliability, and M&A integration.

Amiry began their career in 2011 at Salesforce, where they spent seven years in various roles focused on technical program management. In their most recent role at Salesforce, they served as the Sr. Director of Technical Program Management for Infrastructure, Capacity Planning, Site Reliability, and M&A. In this role, they were responsible for defining strategy and driving execution of programs focused on customer experience and support, site reliability /incident management, M&A integration, service management, capacity strategy and planning, and operational excellence.

As the M&A integration lead for infrastructure and operations in the Technology and Products group, Amiry founded the team, defined the strategy, built the operational model, and developed the due diligence and integration playbooks. Christina also led cross-functional improvement initiatives (infrastructure capacity request and supply chain, cross-functional long range plans, service health metrics/KPIs and reporting) that provided insights and intelligence to manage the customer experience and infrastructure.

In their current role at Atlassian, Amiry is responsible for leading the company’s M&A strategic operations. Christina is a trusted advisor between Product, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Privacy, Finance, HR, IT, and Corporate Development.

Christina Amiry has a BS in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and they also have a Certificate of Business Excellence from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Christina is certified by Salesforce in Salesforce Administrator.
