Divye Bokdia

Divye Bokdia is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Design for ITOps at Atlassian since March 2024. Prior to this role, Divye held the position of VP, Head of Product Design & Research at Upstox from March 2021 to November 2023, where efforts were focused on creating a user-friendly investment platform for over 10 million customers in India. Divye's extensive background includes significant roles at Amazon Web Services and Amazon as a Design Leader, leading UX initiatives across various platforms. Previous experience also encompasses positions at NVIDIA as Lead Interaction Designer and MicroStrategy as UX Designer, where user experience and interface design were paramount. Divye completed a Master of Science in Information specializing in HCI and Social Computing from the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Design in Usability and User Experience from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
