Lindsey Swenson

Lindsey Swenson is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in leadership and creative recruitment. Currently serving as a Principal Leadership Recruiter at Atlassian since 2020, Lindsey has previously held roles including Senior Recruiter at Atlassian and Recruiting Lead at Compass, where responsibilities expanded from leading design recruitment in the West region to overseeing the entire Southeast region. Prior experience includes serving as Division Director for The Creative Group, managing permanent placements for creative professionals in Austin and San Antonio, and achieving recognition as a top performer at The Execu|Search Group. Lindsey’s earlier roles include Global Recruiting Specialist at Smaller Earth and Conference & Events Coordinator at The Point Restaurant Ballina. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Organizational Communication from Ball State University.
