Palak Setia

Palak Setia currently serves as a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer at Atlassian, specializing in Jira Service Management. Previously, Palak held multiple roles at Freshworks, including Senior Solution Engineer where they were recognized as Enterprise SE of the Year 2022. Before that, Palak worked as a Solutions Consultant at Sciforma Corporation, supporting technical needs throughout the Pre-Sales process. Palak began their academic journey at the University of the Pacific, earning a degree and later contributing as a SUCCESS Tutor and Student Advisor. In addition to their engineering career, Palak is also an active DJ at Plural Music.
