Swati Raju is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Atlassian AI Data & Experience, Swati Raju has a proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and growth, particularly in Confluence Cloud. Previous roles include Director of Engineering for Confluence Experience Group and Senior Engineering Manager for Atlassian Platform, where Swati Raju led the development of key products like Admin Hub and Atlassian Access. Prior experience includes serving as CTO at Traveling Spoon, managing mobile web products at Groupon, and foundational engineering roles at Goodrec/Mob.ly and Yahoo! Inc. Swati Raju holds a Master’s degree in Design Knowledge and Computation from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture.
