Ana Gabriel

Ana Gabriel currently serves as the HR Director at ATM - Assistência Total em Manutenção, S.A., a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ana Gabriel was also HR Director at Neyond from January 2024 to October 2024. Between July 2011 and January 2024, Ana Gabriel worked at Sport Lisboa e Benfica, initially as Head of HR Development & Strategy and later as Gestora da Área Estratégica de Recursos Humanos. Previous experience includes serving as an H.R. Consultant at SHL Portugal and as Gestora de Recursos Humanos at Movijovem. Ana Gabriel began the career at Global Estrategias/Demos Group as Técnica Administrativa de Recursos Humanos. In terms of education, Ana Gabriel holds an Executive Education degree in Leading HR from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Analysis from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
