Laura Lucero has a diverse range of work experience. Laura started their career as a Front Office Guest Service Agent at Brown Palace Hotel in 2000. In 2003, they joined Hilton as a PM Hotel Manager on Duty. After that, they worked at PGi for a significant period, starting as a Team Lead in 2008 and later moving up to the role of Senior Global Service Manager in 2016. As a Senior Global Service Manager, they managed the planning, integration, and deployment of global enterprise clients, acted as a trusted advisor, and monitored clients' global performance. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager at PGi, where they ensured their clients understood and experienced the value of the company's collaboration products. Finally, in 2022, they joined Atmosera as a Customer Success Manager.
Laura Lucero attended The Art Institutes from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Following their time at The Art Institutes, Laura obtained a certification as a UCaaS Solutions Professional from Intelisys in October 2018. In terms of higher education, Laura also enrolled at Trinidad State College but did not specify the start or end dates for their studies in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT-B).
