Jake Valles

Jake Valles has extensive experience in the talent acquisition and recruiting field. Jake is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Atmosphere, a streaming TV platform for businesses. Prior to their current role, Jake founded Pursuit Consulting Services in 2017, where they served as an Executive Recruiter. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Recruiting Operations at Austin Fraser. Before that, Jake held the position of Sales Director- New Market Development at Kforce Inc in 2015 and was the Director of Business Operations at Aerotek from 2003 to 2015.

Jake Valles holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Tech University.
