Nicole Laflamme

Nicole Laflamme is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Atmosphere. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sonder Inc. from August 2020 to December 2021. In this role, Nicole was responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for the company. Nicole has also held various positions at Juul Labs, Human Resources and Business Consulting, and MGM Resorts International. At Juul Labs, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Americas from July 2018 to June 2020. In this role, Nicole was responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for the company in the Americas region. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at MGM Resorts International from September 2016 to August 2017. In this role, Nicole was responsible for leading the company's external branding efforts and developing innovative strategies to improve the employee experience and drive better business results.

Nicole Laflamme has a BA in Sociology/Women's Studies and Exercise and Sports Science from the University of San Francisco. Nicole also has an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, from California State University-Stanislaus. Nicole is certified in Resolving Conflicts at Work: From Mediation, to Coaching, Leadership, Change, and Conflict Resolution Systems Design from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution-Pepperdine University. Nicole is also certified as a Certified Facilitator- 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program from FranklinCovey.
