Jessica Tonge

Jessica Tonge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Mediator at Jefferson County, Colorado until 2015. In 2016, they joined COWA Science as a Project Manager, and their role ended in early 2017. Jessica then joined Sonder Inc. in 2017 and held multiple positions, including Guest Experience Specialist, Business Process Lead, People Operations Compliance Specialist, People Operations Compliance Lead, and Immigration and Global Mobility Manager. Their tenure at Sonder Inc. concluded in 2022 when they worked as a Senior Manager for Global Mobility & Work Experience. Presently, they hold the position of Director of HR Initiatives at Atmosphere, a role they began in November 2022.

Jessica Tonge completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English & Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2007. Jessica then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Texas School of Law, graduating in 2011. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in July 2022 and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from HRCI in August 2022. In 2013, they acquired a certification in Mediation from the University College at the University of Denver. Jessica is also an attorney, certified by The Colorado Bar Association.
