Jennifer Head

Jennifer Head has over 16 years of work experience. Jennifer is currently working at ATN International as the Director of Product Management for Government Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing product management strategies for the government sector.

Prior to their current position, Jennifer worked at Windstream for 11 years. Their roles included Government Programs Manager, where they led the government programs team and ensured compliance within the heavily regulated vertical. Jennifer also served as the Vertical Marketing - E-Rate/K-12 and Rural Healthcare Program and Campaign Manager, where they developed and executed go-to-market strategies for the education sector and the FCC's E-Rate and Rural Healthcare program. Jennifer achieved significant accomplishments in this role, including implementing data-driven campaign strategies and increasing monthly recurring E-Rate revenue by $1.5 million year over year.

Before joining Windstream, Jennifer worked at Norlight Telecommunications as a Marketing Coordinator and at Shoe Carnival as a Training Coordinator.

Jennifer Head obtained their Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Southern Indiana between 2001 and 2004. In 2019, they pursued higher education at the same institution and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Data Analytics in 2020.
