Michelle Lamb has over 20 years of experience in the field of network engineering. Michelle started their career as a Sr. Network Engineer III at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies in 1998 and worked there until 2006. Michelle then joined Windstream Communications as an Engineer III and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Sr. Network Engineer III for Entergy at SAIC. After that, they worked at West Corporation and DataVizion as a Sr. Network Engineer. In 2015, they became a Sr. Network Engineer at Fujitsu Technology Solutions and then moved to S&T Communications in 2016. Michelle worked there until 2018 when they joined Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Senior Network Engineer. In 2019, they worked as a Data Engineer at Geoverse and then joined ATN International as a Network Engineer.
Michelle Lamb attended Colby Community College from 1994 to 1996 and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering during that time. Michelle also attended Northwest Kansas Technical College in the same period and earned an AAS degree in Communications. In terms of additional certifications, Michelle Lamb obtained the BCNP certification from Brocade in July 2014 and the BCNE certification from the same institution in May 2014. In July 2021, they obtained the JNCIA certification from Juniper Networks.
