Paul Kouroupas

Paul Kouroupas has a broad work experience in the field of law and regulatory affairs. Paul is currently serving as the V.P. of International Law at ATN International since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Counsel at KOIN from October 2018. In 2016, Paul founded the Public Policy Foundry, where they advocate for regulations that align with business objectives and represents clients' interests before government policy makers and regulators. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Chief Regulatory Officer at VNG.CO. Paul has also held high-level positions at Global Crossing, AT&T, and Teleport Communications Group, where they contributed to the regulatory affairs of these companies.

Paul Kouroupas pursued their higher education in a chronological order. Paul first attended Temple University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication. Following this, they attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Communications.
