Denzil D'souza

Denzil D'souza has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Denzil started their career as a Design Engineer at Fluid Controls Private Limited in India, where they supervised a team and completed 3D Design projects. Denzil also conducted design validation and researched design changes for tube fittings. Denzil then interned as a Mechanical Design Intern at Greatbatch Medical, where they conceptualized, designed, and modeled tooling fixtures. Additionally, they collaborated with the production team to analyze manufacturing processes for quality enhancement and cost reduction. Denzil then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Integer Holdings Corporation for nine years, where they focused on manufacturing processes. Denzil later joined Smith & Nephew as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, and currently holds the role of a Manufacturing Engineer at Atom Power, Inc.

Denzil D'souza completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Visveswaraiah Technological University in 2008. Denzil then pursued their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, graduating in 2012. In 2017, Denzil enrolled at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, where they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in 2020. In addition to their formal education, Denzil obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from ProVision LLC in June 2019.
