Jeff Mills

Jeff Mills has worked in the quality assurance field for over 30 years. Jeff began their career in 1992 as a Quality Technician and Set-up Technician for Legrand North America. In 2006, they moved to Ingersoll Rand as a Supplier Quality & Development Engineer and Quality Engineer. In 2013, they became a Quality Engineer at Engineered Sintered Components. In 2016, they joined OILES America Corporation as a Quality Control Manager and Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer. In 2018, they moved to Xylem Inc. as a Quality Director, Manufacturing Excellence, Senior Supplier Quality Manager-Americas and Europe, and Supplier Quality Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Quality Manager at Atom Power, Inc.

Jeff Mills attended East Carolina University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Manufacturing Systems.
