Tim Quinn has held a variety of roles in the engineering and manufacturing sector since 2006. In 2006, they were a Mechanical Engineer Temp at Spence Engineering, a division of CIRCOR. In 2007, they were a Co-op Engineer at Pierce Industries and a Co-Op Researcher at the Chester F. Carlson Center at Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2010, they returned to Spence Engineering as a Manufacturing Engineer. From 2014 to 2016, they were Maintenance Manager / Manufacturing Process Engineer at Ampac Packaging. From 2016 to 2021, they were Staff Manufacturing Engineer and then Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Pratt & Whitney. Currently, they are a Manufacturing Engineer at Atom Power, Inc., where they are responsible for building Manufacturing and Operations systems from the ground up.

Tim Quinn received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering Management from Clarkson University between 2012 and 2014. Tim also received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2009.
