Adam Worden

Adam Worden has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Adam began their career as a Security Officer with GSSC (General Security Services Corporation) where they patrolled the interior and exterior of the hospital, responded to security and emergency calls, and provided after hours security, screening visitors for entry to protect patients and employees. Adam was then promoted to Security Supervisor, where they were tasked with writing reports for any incident that occurred on site and training the new officers on security and procedures, including HIPAA. In 2014, Adam moved to Concur as a Helpdesk, where they troubleshot, researched, diagnosed, documented and resolved technical issues. In 2015, they were promoted to Implementation Project Manager at SAP Concur, where they managed the overall implementation of the Concur Premier Standard Expense service and extended services for North American-based clients. In 2016, Adam joined Explore Information Services as a Systems Administrator and Software Developer. Adam managed around 250 physical and virtual windows servers and worked closely with the development team to get issues resolved quickly. In 2018, Adam moved to Andersen Corporation as a System Administrator, where they worked to get SharePoint 2010 into a HA state, fixed all failing backups, configured auto failover with monitoring and alerts, and configured ADFS/SSO for multiple sites. Finally, in 2019, Adam joined Atomic Data as a Software Engineer III, Software Engineer, and DevOps Engineer.

Adam Worden obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Century College in 2015. Adam then continued their education at the University of Illinois Springfield, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2020. In addition to their degrees, Adam also holds two certifications: TestOut Security Pro from TestOut Continuing Education, obtained in January 2018, and Certified Network Pro from TestOut Corporation, obtained in November 2017.
