Client Support Supervisor at Atomic Data

Jack Hendrix began their career in 2014 as a Field Technician for Natural Resources Engineering. Jack then took on an Intern role at the City of Duluth as an Invasive Species Management Intern. In 2015, they moved to GEOSYS as a System Administrator. In 2018, they joined Atomic Data as a Client Support Supervisor. In this role, they coordinated resource requests for Client Support Technicians, worked with the Client Support team to review internal workflows, led meetings between clients and Atomic to review support documentation, and served as an escalation point for Client Specialists, Leads and Technicians. Jack also managed the roll-out of small to medium sized projects, promoted a positive atmosphere in the Client Support team, and collaborated with client leadership to coordinate service and maintenance activity. Additionally, they took on the role of On-Site Technician.

Jack Hendrix obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Minnesota Duluth between 2011 and 2015.
