Process simulation and validation lead at Atomic Industries

Kenny Lu has extensive experience in the field of injection molding simulation and process optimization. Kenny started their career as a Tech Support Engineer/Deputy Technical Manager at Coretech system (Moldex3D Headquarters) in 2003. Afterward, they joined Moldex3D (CoreTech System) in 2007, where they held the role of Sales Manager, World Sales before being promoted to Managing Director at Moldex3D Northern America in 2010. In these positions, they played integral roles in establishing legal entities, recruiting, developing channel partners, coordinating technical evaluations, and expanding the customer base. In 2015, Kenny joined RJG as a TZERO Consultant/Trainer, where they developed and validated comprehensive predictive disciplines for injection molding simulation. Kenny conducted over 100 industrial and R&D projects, providing consultations covering various molding applications in diverse industries. Most recently, in 2022, Kenny joined Atomic Industries as a Process Simulation and Validation Lead, focusing on mold simulation automation, benchmarking cooling performance, evaluating molding machine requirements, and participating in tryouts and data collection.

Kenny Lu holds a Master's degree in Bio-medical Engineering from National Yang Ming University. Kenny completed their Master's program from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Kenny has also obtained various certifications, including "RJG Train the Trainer" from RJG, Inc. in February 2019, "Master Molder 2" from RJG, Inc. in May 2018, and "Moldex3D Certified Expert" from Moldex3D (CoreTech System Co., Ltd.) in December 2015.
