Lou Young Jr

Lou Young Jr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and business development. As the Co-Founder and Head of Manufacturing at Atomic Industries since April 2021, Lou continues to drive innovation and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Lou served as President and Director of New Business Development and Account Management at Linear AMS from December 2015 to April 2021, and as Business Director for Tooling and Manufacturing from February 2016 to July 2017. Lou also held the position of Director of New Business Development at Linear Mold & Engineering from December 2013 to December 2015, and briefly worked as a Program Manager at Magna Seating in 2013. Earlier in the career, Lou gained valuable experience as an Account Manager and Program Manager at Linear Mold & Engineering from November 2003 to March 2013.
