Role

This is a part-time hourly position with the opportunity to convert to a Full-Time role. We are seeking an HR Generalist to oversee various People Operations tasks, administrative functions, and recruitment coordination. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient people operations and providing robust support across our global workforce. 

Once here you will 

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage end to end people operations - Compliance, Legal, Finance, Executive Team, Operations
  • Manage the end to end Onboarding process for new team members 
  • Manage our HRIS and EOR systems
  • Co-own admin controls for people operations systems - ATS, HRIS, EOR, Contracts, Clearance, Performance
  • Manage and execute legal agreements (NDAs, Invention Assignments, employment agreements)
  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Facilitate visa sponsorships with legal partners
  • Facilitate performance reviews
  • Address internal employee requests and external regulatory inquiries
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on leveling programs and compensation structures
  • Enhance and improve our people operations documentation 

About you: 

  • 5+ years relevant HR / People Operations experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Development & Management, Psychology, or related field 
  • Global HR management or domestically distributed team experience required 
  • Comprehensive experience across the employee lifecycle
  • Experience with Gusto is required
  • Experience with our other systems ideal: Remote, Lattice, Checkr, Slack, Google Suite, Docusign, Greenhouse
  • Experience as a recruitment coordinator or similar role in the past is ideal 
  • Willingness to handle coordination tasks is required 
  • Experience in a startup environment is plus
