Marco Kleiner has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on revenue management and business development. Marco has held various leadership positions in major hotel groups, including Atomize, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Minor Hotels, Rosewood Hotel Group, Rocco Forte Hotels, InterContinental Hotels & Resort, Marriott Hotels, and Sheraton.
At Atomize, Marco currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales. Marco previously held the position of Global Director of Business Development and Director of Business Development DACH.
During their tenure at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Marco served as the Cluster Director of Revenue Management for Munich and Prague, as well as the Revenue Manager for Mandarin Oriental Munich.
At Rosewood Hotel Group, Marco was the Cluster Revenue Manager. Marco was responsible for managing revenue management for pentahotels in Europe, including flagship properties in Leipzig, Vienna, Prague, Germany, and Belgium. Marco also contributed to property take-overs, conversions, and future developments.
At Rocco Forte Hotels, Marco held multiple roles, including Director of Revenue at The Augustine Hotel, Revenue Manager at Rocco Forte Hotel Abu Dhabi, and Regional Revenue Manager Germany & Head of CRO. As Head of Central Reservations Germany, they oversaw regional revenue management for Villa Kennedy, Hotel de Rome, and The Charles Hotel.
Marco also gained experience at InterContinental Hotels & Resort as a Revenue, Yield, and Reservation Manager, and at Marriott Hotels as a Revenue & Reservation Manager, Pro-Active Sales Manager, Reservation & Revenue Manager, and Night Audit Supervisor. Marco began their career at Sheraton as a Night Audit.

Marco Kleiner began their education in 2003 at Dolce by Wyndham Hotel Bad Nauheim, where they pursued an apprenticeship in Hospitality Management and obtained a degree as a Hotelfachmann. Marco then attended Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg from 2008 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economic Science. In 2013, Marco enrolled at Suffolk University and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economic Science in 2016. Later, in 2020, Marco pursued further education by studying Machine Learning at the University of London. Additionally, Marco obtained a certification as a Certified Advisor for German Wine from Deutsches Weininstitut, The German Wine Institute i.e. Wines of Germany worldwide, in 1996.
