Tim Walsh

Tim Walsh has a background in engineering and software development. Tim currently serves as a Principal Software Engineer at Liquid Instruments since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal FPGA Engineer at ATOMOS since November 2020. Tim also has experience as a Snr Embedded Engineer at Solinnov Pty Ltd from May 2020 to July 2020. Tim previously served as a Snr Hardware Engineer at Blackmagic Design from December 2012 to May 2020. Tim was also a Snr Design Engineer at Nitero from July 2011 to November 2012, where they focused on high-speed wireless design and signal processing. Tim started their career as a Research Engineer at NICTA in 2005 and worked there until 2011. Tim began their engineering journey at AOFR Pty Ltd, where they worked as an Engineer from 2000 to 2003.

Tim Walsh completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree at The Australian National University from 1996 to 1999. Tim then pursued their Master of Engineering in Microelectronics at RMIT University from 2004 to 2005.
