Tessa Van Grack

Tessa Van Grack is the Manager of Alliance Management at Atomwise. Prior to joining Atomwise, Tessa worked as a Laboratory Consultant at IDEXX from December 2017 to December 2018. In this role, Tessa was responsible for consulting with clients on diagnostic test results, advising treatment and providing information on protocols. Tessa also followed laboratory SOPs for managing and sorting data, and resolved and explained technical issues to health professionals and sales representatives via email and phone correspondence.

Before their role at IDEXX, Tessa interned at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission from May 2016 to August 2016, where they were responsible for data analysis and data collection for the CPSC’s Nanomaterial Product Inventory. Tessa also helped develop the Nanomaterial Prioritization Tool in collaboration with the US Department of Defense, and created and presented Toxin-Risk-Assessment reports for policy makers. Additionally, Tessa performed exposure analysis and risk assessment focusing on ADME and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics.

Tessa’s experience also includes working as a Veterinary Assistant at the Dupont Veterinary Clinic from January 2013 to December 2014, and as an Invertebrate House Keeper Aide at the Smithsonian National Zoological Park from September 2010 to December 2013.

Tessa Van Grack has a Master's Degree in Toxicology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Tessa also attended Washington-Lee High School.
