Shubneesh Batra

Shubneesh is Chief Business Officer, with worldwide responsibility for sales, marketing and service for the semiconductor and industrial metrology portfolio. Prior to joining Atonarp, he served as CSO and COO, Advanced Packaging, at Applied Materials. Prior to joining Applied Materials was GM of Kulicke & Soffa's Advanced Packaging business unit, which developed and sold advanced die attach, flip-chip, and thermo-compression bonding equipment. Shubneesh previously led the Worldwide Channel Sales Group at Micron Technology and also helped develop the CMOS image sensor business into an industry leading position. Before transitioning to business he spent his early career in DRAM process technology R&D and circuit design engineering, leading the development of several technologies.

Shubneesh earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering at University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in global management from Duke.
