Kentaro Nakai

Kentaro Nakai has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Kentaro currently serves as the Head of Human Resources, MKS Group Japan at Atotech, an MKS brand, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources & General Affairs at the same company from January 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining Atotech, Kentaro worked at ICONIC Co., Ltd. as a Manager from February 2019 to December 2019. Kentaro also spent a significant part of their career at Covidien, where they held the position of HR Business Partner from February 2004 to February 2019.

Kentaro's earliest experience in the HR field dates back to their time at 明和地所（株）as an HR Specialist from April 1999 to November 2003.

Kentaro Nakai attended the University of Daito Bunka from 1995 to 1999, studying international relations. Kentaro did not obtain a degree during this time. In October 2021, they obtained a certification in "Building Relationships" from LinkedIn.
