Reginald See is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Regional HR Director for the Atotech Group since October 2018, Reginald oversees HR operations in six Southeast Asian countries, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational transformation. Previously, as Human Resources Director at The Hershey Company, Reginald played a pivotal role in the growth of a major plant in Asia, fostering collaboration with local educational institutions for talent acquisition. Reginald also held HR leadership positions at Esquel Group and Jabil, where key initiatives included skilled talent development and employee engagement programs. A former APAC Regional Senior HR Manager at Intel Corporation, Reginald possesses a wealth of expertise in managing HR solutions and large-scale employee initiatives, complemented by a Master's Degree in Business Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
