Nickolai Kuchuk has extensive work experience in the software and digital solutions industry. Nickolai is currently the Head of Software Products & UX at Atotech, where they are responsible for defining the vision and strategy for digital products. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technical Officer at Visutech Plating Ltd., leading and guiding digital industrial solutions in the chemical industry on a global scale. Nickolai also held the role of Chief Technical Officer at Visutech System Ltd., where they led the company's digital industrial solutions and successfully executed an agile transformation. Additionally, Nickolai has experience as an Account Manager, Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer in the field of industrial automation and digital solutions. Nickolai has a strong background in developing software solutions for the chemical industry and has led initiatives for digitalization and industry 4.0. Nickolai began their career as an Electronic Design Engineer and also worked as a Flash Animator at Effective Soft.

Nickolai Kuchuk attended The Belorussian National Technical University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Technical Science degree. Nickolai studied at the Instrument making faculty in the Security technologies department.

In addition to their formal education, Nickolai has obtained several certifications. In September 2018, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional. More recently, in February 2021, they completed a course on "How to make products customers will buy" from Ivan Zamesin. Nickolai also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2021 and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager in June 2021. Additionally, Nickolai obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in September 2021.

It is worth noting that Nickolai also has a certification titled "Power of PowerPoint" from Bonnie&Slide, although the specific month and year of its completion are not provided.
