Zoe West

Zoe West is an experienced retail consultant currently employed at Optus since February 2022, specializing in the sale of mobile and internet plans alongside devices, while also ensuring a clean environment. Previously, Zoe has held positions at ATP Science as an assistant, at Harvey Norman as a salesperson, and at HOYTS Group as a staff member, where customer service skills were honed in both slow and fast-paced environments, involving cash handling and EFTPOS transactions, as well as food hygiene practices. Zoe West earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, specializing in Chemistry, from Griffith University between 2015 and 2018, and completed education at Sunnybank State High School from 2009 to 2013.
